This elevated apartment in West Looe offers fantastic views of the river and sea, you will not tire of watching the ever changing view with boats landing their catch!

1 Harbourside provides comfortable accommodation for young families and couples wanting a short break or a longer holiday. The great views can be enjoyed from the lounge or the outside terrace - the perfect spot for an evening gin and tonic. The less frenetic West Looe, with its variety of well stocked shops and the Jolly Sailor Inn, reputedly the oldest in Looe, is a short walk away, whilst the busier East Looe, accessible during the season by passenger ferry or by a ten minute walk offers the visitor a host of pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as the local sandy beach. The South West Coastal Path runs along the beautiful coastline and provides some lovely walking for the more energetic and the apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.

Please note that as the property is accessed via a slope, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Bedroom 2 with 3' bunk beds (please be aware this bedroom is snug, and accessing the top bunk is tight for adults)

Lounge with sofa and chairs, and a folding table and chairs to seat 4, TV and DVD player. French doors to the terrace. The lounge is open plan which leads to;

Kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cafetière and fridge with small freezer compartment.

Outside:

Enclosed terrace with two sun loungers, and table and chairs to seat 4 guests.

Parking:

No designated parking, but there is free parking approx a 10 minute walk away at Hannafore, or a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to The Millpool, where a weekly ticket can be bought.

Please note that due to the location of the property, EV charging is not possible.

  • Local Facilities: Hannafore Seafront and beach is a 10 minute walk.  East Looe's beach 25 minutes' walk (much shorter if you use the foot ferry) Nearest Restaurant at Hannafore Point Hotel or The Sea Kitchen are 5 minutes' walk away, with the Jolly Sailor Pub in West Looe 5 minutes' walk. Polperro 6 minutes' drive. Fowey is 40 mins, but by car and Bodinnick Ferry 25 mins. Plymouth 40 minutes by car.  Looe train station is approx. 20 mins' walk to the apartment.
