10 Kings Cottages is a well-presented home that has parking for one car and also welcomes one small dog. Situated in the heart of popular Salcombe town, a minutes’ walk from the estuary, no.10 offers an outside space on the balcony for al fresco dining and drinks. Set just off Fore Street, the location gives easy access to shops, pubs and eateries. Enjoy ferry trips to the beaches of East Portlemouth and South Sands, the latter also being a walk away. The proximity to the water means only a short walk with your SUP or canoe and you are on the water!

A fantastic bolthole in the heart of Salcombe enabling couples or small families to enjoy this sought after town in South Devon.

Steps lead to front door:
Kitchen with Washer dryer, 1 & 1/2 sink, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment. NO washing machine.
Dining area Shared with kitchen space bench style table and seating for 4.
Lounge
 with L shaped sofa for 4-5, an armchair, TV on unit.

Stairs to second floor:
Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, over looks the car area.
Bedroom 2 with 2 3ft single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV over looks the car area.
Bathroom with bath and shower over, handheld shower attachment, WC and hand basin, heated towel rail.

Balcony over the garage, with seating for 4.

There is one parking space in front of the garage.

The access to Kings Cottages is secured with a bollard at the entrance.

  • Included: Bed Linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), heating. There is NO washing machine at this property.
  • Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available but mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking. 
  • Pets: One small dog welcome.
  • Electric vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
  • Short breaks: Short breaks are available during the low season. 
  • Local facilities: Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Ferry to beach across the estuary 200 yards. Good Co-op shop 400 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
