14 Beesands is a characterful, spacious cottage enjoying a prime position on Beesands sea front. The cottage has been transformed from a 300 year old stone built pub into a quaint and comfortable holiday home, furnished in a traditional style and retaining many of the period features such as exposed beams, large fireplaces with wood burners and slate floors. It also benefits from plenty of space for up to 6 people, with a large sitting room, separate dining room and rear courtyard. The village of Beesands boasts a welcoming pub and a cafe with seafood shop stocking freshly caught local seafood. It is also the perfect location to explore the stunning South West Coast Path and the many diverse attractions to be found in the beautiful South Hams.
Accommodation. Hallway leading to large sitting room with 3 sofas surrounding a wood burner, freesat TV and DVD. Off hall, dining room to seat 6. Farmhouse kitchen equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. Cottage stairs with low ceiling to first floor. Master bedroom 1 with 5ft bed and sea views. Single bedroom 2 with 3ft single. Triple bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds and 3ft day bed.
Outside: Patio accessed from kitchen area and furnished with garden table and chairs.
Parking: Parking available on the seafront.
Please Note: There is a detached one bedroom stone building in the rear courtyard that is sometimes used by the owners on weekends during the season. However, the owners totally respect their guests' privacy, but could be on hand if you require any help or advice during your stay.
