Harbour View is located overlooking Courtenay Park in central Salcombe The period property is situated within just a minute’s walk from the waterside and centre of town. The property is great for couples or small families looking be right in the heart of town whilst still enjoying a peaceful position.
Accommodation:
20 stone steps lead to apartment entrance (across two sets of steps - hand rail on larger upper set only). Apartment entrance is from a path by Courtenay Park and cannot be accessed directly from Devon Road.

Open plan living room. Lounge area with two sofas, TV, DVD player, flame effect gas fire, dining table to seat 4 and views of the park and estuary glimpses. Washing machine in storage cupboard off lounge.
Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1 with 4ft6in double bed, desk and basin and en suite shower room with shower cubicle and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds and internal window (no exterior window). Due to room size more suitable for children.

No outside space however Courtenay Park is right on the doorstep.
