Situated within easy walking distance of Bantham beach, one of the finest beaches in the South West, renowned for its fine sandy stretches of hold beaches as well as an adventure playground for surfers and watersports enthusiasts. Walkers will revel in the marvellous coastal path walks, and there is a superb pub just down the road to quench your thirst after a brisk walk or energetic day on the beach! Just a short drive to the nearby yacht haven of Salcombe with its many eatieries and shops as well as close to the eastuary town of Kingsbridge.

Kitchen area with ceramic hob and built-under electric oven, dishwasher, microwave,  large fridge/freezer.
Front hallway with porch and access to the front garden.

First floor: Bedroom 1:  King size 5ft bed, built in wardrobes,  beautiful views of the estuary and Burgh Island.
Bedroom 2:  Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe and shelves.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
Door to further stairs leading to the second floor :
Bedroom 3: Open plan bedroom with dual aspect velux windows, fitted cupboards and vanity unit, twin 3ft beds, one with 3ft pull-out bed beneath.

Outside: 
Steps lead down from the parking bay lead to the rear entrance.

At the front of the villa a level area of lawn is provided with bench, garden table and chairs.  The enclosed garden slopes with natural stone steps down over two terraces bordered by shrubs with a gate at the end of the lower lawn giving direct access to the lane that leads down to the estuary and quayside.

For one car in off road parking bay at the rear of the house.
