67 Lower Maen Cottages is a welcoming three-bedroom cottage central to the Maenporth facilities with views over the sea, much loved by the owners who use it regularly as their holiday home.

Full of personal touches, it’s somewhere to relax as soon as you arrive. The lounge has comfortable sofas to relax on, and doors opening to a patio with open space beyond. There’s ample space to eat, both inside at the large dining table, or outside, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a full-length opening window with the sea beyond, and an en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as a downstairs cloakroom.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Access is via the private front door.

A small entrance hall with a cloakroom, containing WC and hand basin, and washing machine/tumble dryer.

Open-plan Living room with sofas, Smart TV and Blu Ray player. Large doors to private patio with open grassed area beyond.

Dining area with table and seating for 6.

Well-equipped kitchen with hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer.

Upstairs to Master bedroom 1  with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with twin single beds.

Bedroom 3 with single bed.

Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Rear garden with garden table and chairs.

Parking

Designated parking in either the Ridges or Upper Barn car parks.

• Please note: Maenporth Estate does not allow minibuses or trade vans on site.
• EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. Please look in the welcome folder for instructions. 
• Local Facilities: Beach a short walk down the hill with a beach cafe. Complex includes indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, games tables, and children’s play area. Falmouth with all facilities 3 miles.
