Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove with a sandy beach. It's also close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy coastal walks, and the great outdoors. The gated resort has a large 15m indoor, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and games room with table tennis and a pool table in the leisure centre. Outside there are a children's play area, 1 all-weather tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts plus a grassed area for playing football or other family ball games. You can also walk down directly to the beach through a lovely woodland path.
There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who would like to exercise and enjoy the views. The sandy beach will keep both adults and children endlessly entertained. It really is a great all-year round destination for those who want to see what Cornwall has to offer.
