Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove with a sandy beach. It's also close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy coastal walks, and the great outdoors. The gated resort has a large 15m indoor, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and games room with table tennis and a pool table in the leisure centre. Outside there are a children's play area, 1 all-weather tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts plus a grassed area for playing football or other family ball games. You can also walk down directly to the beach through a lovely woodland path.

There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who would like to exercise and enjoy the views. The sandy beach will keep both adults and children endlessly entertained. It really is a great all-year round destination for those who want to see what Cornwall has to offer.

Parking available in the car park in front of the property entrance.

• Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity, heating, Wi-Fi. Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.
• Internet and Telephone: High speed Wi-Fi. No landline available. Mobile reception generally good, but please check with your provider prior to booking.
• Pets: Regrettably, guests are not permitted to have pets on-site.
• Please note: Maenporth Estate does not allow minibuses or trade vans on site.
• Short Breaks may be available at certain times of year. Please contact the West Cornwall office.
• EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers.  Please look in the welcome folder for instructions. 
• Local Facilities: The estate has an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts and children’s play area. Beach opposite with water sports and beach cafe. Falmouth with all facilities 3 miles.
