8 Kings Cottages is a pet friendly, well-presented home, situated in the heart of popular Salcombe town, a minutes’ walk from the estuary, with parking, and a sunny courtyard for al fresco dining. Set just off Fore Street, giving easy access to shops, pubs and eateries, guests can park the car and relax into the ambience of the town, enjoy ferry trips to the beaches of East Portlemouth, or South Sands, the latter also being a walk away. While guests using the cottage as a base for a week of sailing will love the proximity to the water.

For 1 car in car park spaces opposite-not allocated. 

The access to Kings Cottages is secured with a bollard at the entrance.

  • Short breaks: Short breaks are available during the low season. 
  • Local facilities: Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Ferry to beach across the estuary 200 yards. Good Co-op shop 400 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
