Stunning sea views from every room, this spacious 18th-century fisherman’s cottage is situated in a perfect, very peaceful position on a traffic-free lane. The interior retains many original features and has been tastefully modernised with new kitchen, bathrooms, heating, and refurbished bedrooms. The coastal path is on your doorstep for beautiful walks and there’s easy sea access for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.
The Breakers is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with plenty of things to do locally including many public attractions, walking, swimming, boat trips, fishing, pubs, great restaurants, the beach, picnicking, canoeing, and more.

Living room/Kitchen area with window seat, attractive sea views, sofa and two chairs, smart TV, plenty of books and a dining table to seat four. The kitchen area has an all-new ceramic hob, built-in electric fan oven, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a table with window seat for spectacular views out to sea. The living area has a comfy sofa, armchair, and Smart TV. There are books and games and it’s a lovely cosy space at night. The Wi-Fi is super fast throughout the property.

Bedroom 1 - The bedroom has two new single beds, a wardrobe with storage, and a small desk with a monitor that can be used for remote work, or writing a novel! The bedroom has a large window seat and views out to sea and over the harbour.
Adjacent shower room with an electric shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC., and a window with great views. Stairs up to;
Bedroom 2 - Stairs lead up to the bright and spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a wonderful new king-size bed, wardrobe, and a window seat or armchair for relaxing and looking out over the fantastic views. The en suite bathroom
En-suite bathroom which is light and airy and has a full-size bath with an electric shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC, and views out over the beach and harbour.
Outside:
Although there is no outside space, the coastal path is right outside the front door!
Parking:
In the main public car park at the entrance to the village (charges apply/cash only). Alternatively, Toad Hall Cottages have some spaces to rent on a first come, first served basis in the village - please enquire at time of booking.
There is also a local independent luggage taxi service available. If you would like your luggage delivered straight to your door. (charges apply)
