Briar Cottage is set in the picturesque Cornish countryside, close to the popular beach of Talland Bay and stunning walks of the South West Coast Path. This delightful cottage offers upside down living with an open plan layout, and a stylish and contemporary interior. Outside, there is a private garden complete with lighting and built in barbecue stand, offering guests a great space to cook. Across the driveway there is another outdoor area, with benches surrounding a fire pit, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the long, summer evenings.
Briar is ideally located just one mile from Talland Bay, where guests can enjoy rock pooling, hire a kayak from the beach cafe, or just relax on the beach. Talland is in an enviable location being on the coast path, meaning visitors can enjoy stunning walks to Looe in one direction, or Polperro in the other. With only one neighbour nearby, the cottage offers a perfect mix of a quiet environment, yet being in close proximity to local sights.
Reduced prices available for parties of 1-2 guests using one bedroom at certain times of year!
