The Crab Pot is a superb, fully renovated 5 star property situated right on the sea front in the popular fishing village of Beesands. The first floor balcony wraps around the living accommodation creating a perfect, sunny spot for relaxing and admiring the views over Start Bay. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the large lounge, with cosy log burner is extensively glazed, so come rain or shine the stunning location can be enjoyed. The ground floor bedrooms open up onto the wide terrace and enclosed garden, allowing guests to step out and enjoy a cup of morning coffee in the fresh sea air. Whether it’s reuniting friends, family holidays or breaks away for special occasions, The Crab Pot is sure to delight both young and old.

For those wanting a further touch of luxury during your stay we can organise additional maid/turn down service by arrangement with caretaker at additional cost.


Beesands is a charming fishing village situated in spectacular Start Bay. With a mile of shingle beach, a great local pub and restaurant serving a varied menu and locally caught fish, a popular fish restaurant, and village green, a freshwater lake, bird sanctuary and area of natural interest, all surrounded with beautiful rolling countryside and situated right on the South West Coast path there’s plenty for everyone to do. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge has a good selection of shops and restaurants twenty minutes away, as does the historic naval town of Dartmouth which is also worth a visit. This is a truly idyllic place to enjoy a seaside holiday staying at an exceptional property.

Please Note. Because of the bedroom configuration with bunk beds this property is really only suitable for a maximum of 8 adults, plus 4 children.

Please note for 4 Guests making use of the small party discount please specify which beds you require as only bed spaces sufficient for 4 guests will be made available (ie 2 doubles, 1 double and 2 singles, four singles).
