Description

The Cutch at Belhay Farm is a wonderful bespoke luxury lodge, well deserving of its 5 Star Gold Award from Visit England.   Set privately in the extensive grounds of the owner’s home, the lodge is surrounded by mature gardens full of beautiful plants for guests to enjoy.  The wrap around decking enables guests to dine al fresco on those endless summer days, or simply to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this stunning location.  It also benefits from being approx. 6 minutes' drive from the vibrant harbour town of Looe, with its lovely sandy beach and Banjo pier, or the beach-combing coast at Talland Bay.  You have the best of both worlds, peace and tranquillity and isolation in this well-equipped stunning contemporary lodge, with the option of strolling along to the local pub at Pelynt, enjoy the charming fishing village of Polperro or experience the lively activities in Looe.

Accommodation 

Enter through large French doors leading into the open plan double aspect living area, living room with oak flooring, comfortable sofa, Freeview TV, electric flame effect fire,dining table with seating for 4, access from both French doors onto the decking area.kitchen area: has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, laundry facilities available.Hallway leading to Bathroom: with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.  Central heating throughout. Washing Machine.Bedroom: with king size 5ft double bed, Freeview TV with built in DVD player, cupboard, drawers and hanging area, large French doors onto the decking. 

Outside

Private raised decking around two sides of the lodge, with outside table and chairs for 4, good quality 'Weber' BBQ. There is a private grass area down 5 steps, with table and relaxing chairs for 2.  Further gardens to stroll through. Meandering gravelled path to parking area.

Parking 

Private designated parking for two or three cars on level ground, then a gentle sloping gravelled pathway to the lodge, approx 100 mts. no steps onto the entrance decking area. A garden trolley has been supplied by the owners to assist with luggage and provisions.  There is Automatic push-button lighting, giving lighting all along the pathway.

• Included:  Bed linen and towels.  Electricity, gas, (heating; underfloor and radiator).  Cot and high chair are available upon request.  Extra sleeping arrangements can be arranged.
• Pets: One medium sized pet welcome (please do enquire if large in size, and we'll be happy to enquire with the owner)

• Local facilities:  Pelynt supermarket and pub approx 15 mins walk (or  0.7 mile).  Talland Bay beach and cafe 3.5 miles.  Polperro town and harbour with shops, restaurants, post office, pubs and ferry transport to neighbouring villages 3.5 miles.  Looe town; harbour and beach 4 miles, with restaurants, shops, banks, pubs, ferry trips and more.  Fowey by road 35 minutes, and via road and Bodinnick ferry 36 minutes.  Eden Project 18 miles.
