It also benefits from being approx. 6 minutes' drive from the vibrant harbour town of Looe, with its lovely sandy beach and Banjo pier, or the beach-combing coast at Talland Bay. You have the best of both worlds, peace and tranquillity and isolation in this well-equipped stunning contemporary lodge, with the option of strolling along to the local pub at Pelynt, enjoy the charming fishing village of Polperro or experience the lively activities in Looe.

Enter through large French doors leading into the open plan double aspect living area, living room with oak flooring, comfortable sofa, Freeview TV, electric flame effect fire,dining table with seating for 4, access from both French doors onto the decking area.kitchen area: has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, laundry facilities available.Hallway leading to Bathroom: with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Central heating throughout. Washing Machine.Bedroom: with king size 5ft double bed, Freeview TV with built in DVD player, cupboard, drawers and hanging area, large French doors onto the decking.
Outside
Private raised decking around two sides of the lodge, with outside table and chairs for 4, good quality 'Weber' BBQ. There is a private grass area down 5 steps, with table and relaxing chairs for 2. Further gardens to stroll through. Meandering gravelled path to parking area.
Parking
Private designated parking for two or three cars on level ground, then a gentle sloping gravelled pathway to the lodge, approx 100 mts. no steps onto the entrance decking area. A garden trolley has been supplied by the owners to assist with luggage and provisions. There is Automatic push-button lighting, giving lighting all along the pathway.
