On the edge of the old part of East Looe and a short stroll from the seafront and sandy beach nestles The Den, a roomy and contemporary ground floor apartment in a 100 year old building, with its own parking and a lovely enclosed courtyard, ideal for enjoying barbecues on sunny days. Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated, it is arranged all on one level, has a cosy ambience for either summer or winter breaks and is only a few steps from the main street of this seaside town with an array of pubs, restaurants and shops. For the walking enthusiasts, the nearby South West Coastal path provides miles of breathtaking coastline and Looe is a convenient base to explore both the North and South coasts of Cornwall.

A few steps to front entrance. Living room with two leather sofas, two armchairs, woodburning stove, 32" flat screen Freesat TV with and DVD player. Lovely kitchen/diner with five gas burner range, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and pine table to seat six. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and 17" flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Small double room with 4ft 6in double bed. Twin room with two 3ft single beds and fitted wardrobe. Shower room; New large walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside: From the kitchen, there is a sheltered, fully enclosed courtyard with a gas barbecue and garden table to seat six.
Parking: One allocated space on seafront car park, suitable for medium size cars (permit provided).
