Halliards is a beautiful ground-floor apartment at Helford Passage and just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn. The property has stunning views, and is as close as you can be to the beach. It's recently been renovated to create a third bedroom, and refurbished in a contemporary style. French doors open onto the sunny private terrace where you'll find outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Halliards is relatively disabled-friendly. There is a ramp access leading to the French doors with a slightly raised sill, and the whole flat is on one level apart from one step into the shower cubicle.
Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. There’s plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you prefer, try the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May 1st until the end of September). The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Maurier’s Frenchman’s Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to the Historic Falmouth, rugged Land’s End or the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Parking:
Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day. From the car park, there is a flight of external steps down to the apartment, or alternatively, a longer slope. You can pull up directly outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping.
