Located in the famous village of West Lulworth, which forms part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, this fabulous new holiday home offers well-equipped accommodation with an open-plan kitchen featuring integrated appliances and a dining area that seats everyone for those occasions when you all want to sit together. A comfortable living room with doors leading to the south-facing garden compliment the design where you can relax at the end of a great day of exploration (Barbecue and loungers will be available from the Spring). For those who like nothing better than a day outdoors, there are many public footpaths, one of which ascends and descends behind the property with breath-taking 360-degree views of the Dorset coast at its finest. Remember your walking boots! Lulworth is also the perfect location for road bike lovers and MtB users, with an abundance of routes and circuits to choose from.
The village enjoys a variety of amenities, including a village store (seasonal), pubs, restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops. You can also enjoy learning about this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage coastal area from the visitor centre, which is in the heart of the village. In addition, Lichen Cottage is ideally situated for trips to the nearby towns of Dorchester & Wareham. Less than 40 minutes away, you can be on the beautiful beach of Sandbanks via the chain ferry from Studland. En-route, you can visit Corfe Castle, or if you want to head to the coast, Swanage and Kimmeridge Bay are also within easy reach. The Tank Museum and Monkey World are also great attractions on your doorstep. The local pub is just a short stroll from the end of the road.
