Description

Mulberry House has been recently remodelled to offer luxurious interiors and well-tended gardens. The open plan living area is a wonderful space for relaxing, dining and entertaining, with full width floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opening onto the large terrace and gardens beyond. The stylish sitting room has comfortable seating set around the living flame log fireplace for cosy evenings in, and a dining table seating ten allows for entertaining during your stay. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience, and a utility room leads from it, which can be accessed from the back garden after Forest walks with muddy wellies.

The first floor twin bedded room, with en-suite shower room, can be also reached by electric lift for comfort and for those less mobile, and a well-equipped laundry room is also offered. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms, both with Juliet balconies and far-reaching views towards The Solent and Isle of Wight beyond. Luxury bedding, towels and robes give the feeling of a boutique retreat. With private parking and beautiful gardens to enjoy, this secluded spot is just moments from the heart of Lymington yet set far back enough to be peaceful and private.

The Georgian market town of Lymington, with its bustling High Street, alleyways and courtyards, is home to a variety of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The ancient charter market lines the High Street every Saturday and is a must visit, with a wide selection of stalls and crafts. The cobbles at the bottom of the main street lead down to the Quay, where fishing boats still offload their daily catch. Wander down to the station to catch a train to the ferry port and onto Yarmouth on The Isle of Wight, just a 30 minute trip. The beautiful New Forest National Park is within a 10 minute drive with miles of heathland to explore - enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys.

Please note: The annexe to the main house may be inhabited during your stay.
