Step up and doorway to fitted kitchen with electric hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and built in fridge with freezer compartment. Separate large fridge freezer.
Extending from the kitchen the dining area, with table to seat 6, faces large French doors that overlook the garden and open to a paved terrace.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC.

Bedroom 1:  Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. A shower room is adjacent to this room with large walk in shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 inch double bed.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft Bunk beds.
Adjacent bathroom with small bath and shower over, basin and WC.

Outside 
A patio area outside the kitchen has garden table and chairs and a path winds through shrubberies and opens out into an attractive lawned area that is totally private.

Permit available for Village Hall parking. On road parking possible where available.
