Perrotts is a detached, classic country house tucked away down a quiet lane on the hill at the head of Batson Creek. The property is 10-15 minutes walk to Salcombe and the beautiful estuary. Enjoying wonderful views, this imaginatively renovated, sumptuously furnished and spacious home has a tasteful light and airy open plan living area with oak flooring opening out to a large sunny patio and landscaped gardens that surround the property. Another further luxury is the hot tub, great for relaxing and unwinding. All this combines to provide a perfect relaxing environment to make you feel at home. Two reception rooms enable guests or children to work, read or play, and the well appointed bedrooms ensure restful nights after the activities of the day. Salcombe and the surrounding area need little introduction and provide an ideal base for a holiday. We could go on, but take it from us that Perrotts is an ideal holiday destination that is sure to entice you back.
