Piper's Bench is a self contained, secluded wing of a lovely colonial style house set in mature gardens and commanding wonderful views over fields and down to the wide sweep of Bantham Beach, Burgh Island and the sea. Situated on the fringe of Thurlestone, just off a very peaceful country lane, the property provides an ideal retreat, with the scenic coastal path, golf course and some of the best sandy beaches of the South West all within walking distance.

From a private south facing terrace area, sliding patio doors lead directly into large bedroom with 5ft double bed and further 3ft bed with scatter cushions. Ample storage space including fitted wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom with bath, electric power shower over, basin and WC is off a small lobby containing another child's bed. Stairs up to a spacious and very attractive first floor living room. Small, new well fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/dryer and extending dining table to seat up to six. Comfortable sitting area with 4ft sofa bed, chairs with TV with DVD. Large windows provide stunning views.

Pathway across the garden to private patio area with table and chairs overlooking the meadow alongside the property and with views down to Bantham and Burgh Island.
