Ridges 4 is a bijou apartment with a stunning view over Maenporth Beach. It's the perfect choice of holiday accommodation for a couple or smaller family, with one double bedroom and a twin. Having been refurbished over the last few years, it now has a contemporary kitchen and new, comfortable lounge furniture. Both bedrooms have also had a complete refit including carpets, beds, and furniture. The bathroom has also been renovated with it now benefitting from a spacious walk in shower! 

With the advantage of no steps, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has a wonderful view over the sea, with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There’s even a small breakfast bar if one of you needs to catch up on emails whilst the family watch a film.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Please note, the tennis courts are currently closed for essential maintenance and aim to be open for May Half Term.

• EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. Please look in the welcome folder for instructions. 
• Local Facilities: Beach a short walk down the hill with a beach cafe. Complex includes indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, games room and children’s play area. Falmouth with all facilities 3 miles.
