The Ridings is situated on the hillside in Salcombe overlooking the beautiful estuary and popular Mill Bay beach. Located between the town centre and North Sands, it is the perfect spot for any family holiday, especially those who would like to enjoy a larger party for a special occasion or celebration. The spacious property has three lounge or reception areas, a large kitchen, numerous bedrooms with stunning views, and a glorious patio area and large tiered garden. A private driveway with ample parking for several cars only adds to the convenience of this well positioned property.

The sofa, armchair and window seats turns this attractive light space into a sun room with access to the terrace.
