The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attractive large window, with window seat, looking out to the sea. A new en-suite has been installed. The second twin bedroom looks out onto the majestic Monterey pines. There is a bath, with overhead shower, in the family bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished for children and has two full-size bunks. Furthermore, Sandpiper has its own designated private parking bay next to the cottage's front door. 

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Upstairs to Master bedroom 1  with a 5ft king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with twin single beds.

Bedroom 3 with 3ft set of bunk beds.

Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and towel rail.

Rear garden with garden table and chairs.

Parking

1 designated car parking space. Parking for additional cars in adjacent Ridges car park.
