Seascape is that perfect holiday cottage in South Devon, tucked in a quiet location just a short walk to the village centre and the superb horseshoe bay of Thurlestone Sands. This comfortable bungalow is all on one level, giving accessible accommodation for those with walking disabilities, comfortably furnished in a stylish contemporary way with bright white walls that provide a light and airy ambience throughout. A private garden area at the front and rear terrace provide outside areas for sunbathing and dining and iving rooms enjoy glimpses of the sea. Thurlestone is a much sought after holiday destination with its superb sandy beaches, excellent Village Inn, and well stocked post office/village stores. In addition the Thurlestone Gold Club offers  tennis and golf (pay and play), all easy walking distance.

Accommodation

Path to the front door. Hallway. Stylish  sitting room with a large window overlooking the garden, two sofas, an armchair, Smart TV with Netlix, DVD and stereo CD player, Wifi.
Attractive and spacious kitchen diner with Lloyd loom armchairs, dining table in the window to seat 6, a great room for entertaining.
Very well equipped and fitted kitchen with white units, touch control halogen hob, built-under oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Inner hall. 
Master bedroom with 5ft King sized poster bed, fitted cupboards and wall mounted flat screen TV
En-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. 
Twin bedroom with 3ft twin beds, flats screen TV and wardrobe. 
Third bedroom with twin 2ft 6in beds (most suitable for children) - one can be put away underneath if the room is required as a single bedroom.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. A door from the inner hall leads out to the rear of the bungalow.

Outside

A path leads around the bungalow to the rear where there is a fully enclosed rear garden with paved area furnished with table, chairs and parasol, and steps lead up to a further private landscaped garden behind the house with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue.

The converted garage houses a games room, ideal for rainy afternoons and a great retreat for youngsters.
A paved driveway provides parking for 2 cars from which a path leads to the front garden which is very private and enclosed with shrubs.
