A private garden area at the front and rear terrace provide outside areas for sunbathing and dining and the spacious living rooms enjoy glimpses of the sea. Accommodation:

Path to the front door. Hallway. Stylish  sitting room with a large window overlooking the garden, two sofas, an armchair, flat screen TV with video/DVD and stereo CD player, Wifi. Most attractive and spacious kitchen diner with sofa and dining table in the window to seat 6, a great room for entertaining. Very well equipped and fitted kitchen with white units, touch control halogen hob, built-under oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Inner hall. Double bedroom with attractive 5ft wrought iron bedstead, fitted cupboards and flat screen TV. En-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft twin beds, flats screen TV and wardrobe. Third bedroom with twin 2ft 6in beds - one can be put away if not in use as space is limited when out. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. A door from the inner hall leads out to the rear of the bungalow.

Outside:

The converted garage houses a games room, ideal for rainy afternoons and a great retreat for youngsters. A gravelled driveway provides parking for 2 cars from which a path leads to the front garden which is very private and enclosed with shrubs. A path leads around the bungalow to the rear where there is a fully enclosed paved area provided with table, chairs and parasol.  Steps lead up to a further private landscaped garden behind the house with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue.
