Tean Cottage is a pretty 3 storey cottage situated near the centre of Polperro village, approximately 5 minutes walk away from the wonderful spectacle of the picturesque harbour and beach. This charming cottage is furnished and equipped in a traditional manner, offering cosy accommodation on several levels with low ceilings and doorways adding to the atmosphere. The cottage also has the benefit a sunny first floor terrace.

Accommodation:

A few steps up to the front entrance.
Sitting/dining room with a three piece suite, pine dining table and chairs, wood burner effect electric fire and flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, DVD and video.
Kitchen with tasteful oak units, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave and fridge with small ice compartment.
Adjoining small utility room with washing machine and small sink (there is no sink in the main kitchen).
Stairs up to first floor.  
Twin bedroom with 3ft beds.
Shower room large walk in shower, hand basin, WC and door to outside and the terrace.
Further stairs up to the second floor:
Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed.

Outside: First floor terrace equipped with garden furniture. Plus a front patio with garden bench.

Parking: Allocated parking available (Upper Coombes). But they have put a restriction on the height of vehicles using the car park so any vehicles over 1.85 metres won’t be able to park, and will have to use the village main car park opposite The Crumplehorn Public House..

• Local Facilities: Polperro beach 7 minutes walk. Talland beach 1 mile. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities, 4 miles.
