In warmer months, guests can also make the most of the balcony which features rooftop views and offers the perfect place to start the day with a morning coffee or finish it with a sundowner.

All bedrooms are well furnished to enjoy a good night sleep and are presented with many nice touches. The ensuites have been finished in a contemporary style and both boast corner baths, presenting guests with the opportunity to fully relax and unwind after a day out exploring.

Sitting room with two 3-seater sofas, coffee and side tables, Smart TV, games cupboard and separate snug area with day bed.

The property has a private balcony with table and chairs for 2.

Parking permit provided for nearby Mayor's Avenue Car Park.
