Windward House is a comfortable, four-bedroom family home, with parking, a garden and plenty of living space including a large kitchen diner, all within easy walking distance of Salcombe town centre and the waterfront.

A great home from home to relax and enjoy this popular sailing town in South Devon, with the bedrooms lending themselves well to 2 families. The barbecue area is great for enjoying sumptuous meals in the garden at the end of a day on the beach, or sailing the blue waters of the Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary or out across the bar to enjoy the open water.

  • Short breaks: Short breaks are available during the low and mid season if available two weeks before. 
  • Local facilities:  Sandy beaches at North and South Sands 1 mile. Smalls Cove, Mill Bay, Sunny Cove across estuary by foot ferry on the East Portlemouth side. Co-op shop 150 yards, other shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Kingsbridge with all facilities 6 miles.
